Type exactly how much you paid at the pump in Pakistani Rupees. For example: 5000.

Reading the Dashboard
Understanding your fuel spending at a glance
๐Ÿ“Š
Total Spent This Month
The large number at the top shows the combined fuel cost across all your vehicles for the current calendar month.
๐Ÿ”ฅ
Most / Least badges
๐Ÿ”ฅ Most โ€” the vehicle that has cost the most this month. โœ… Least โ€” the vehicle that has cost the least. Helps you spot which car is eating the most fuel.
โšก
PKR/km โ€” Efficiency tracking
This shows how much each kilometre is costing you in Pakistani Rupees. A lower number is better. This only appears after you have logged at least 2 odometer readings for the same vehicle. The โšก Best badge goes to the most efficient vehicle.
๐Ÿ“‰
Fuel bar
The thin coloured bar under each vehicle shows its spending relative to the highest spender this month โ€” a full bar means it spent the most.
๐Ÿ’ก
For PKR/km to appear, you need to log the odometer reading during at least 2 fill-ups for the same vehicle in the same month.
5
Fill History
Browse, filter and manage past entries
1
Open History tab
Tap ๐Ÿ•’ History in the bottom navigation. All your fuel entries appear in reverse chronological order โ€” newest first.
2
Filter by month
Use the month dropdown at the top to filter entries by a specific month. Useful for checking a particular month's spending.
3
View petrol station on map
If you captured GPS when logging the entry, you will see a ๐Ÿ“ View on Map link. Tap it to open Google Maps at that exact location.
4
Delete an entry
Tap the ๐Ÿ—‘ delete icon on the right side of any entry. A confirmation box will appear โ€” tap Delete to confirm. This cannot be undone.
โš ๏ธ
Deleting an entry is permanent. There is no way to recover it. Double-check before confirming.
6
Exporting to CSV
Download your data for Excel or accounting
1
Go to the History tab
Tap ๐Ÿ•’ History in the bottom navigation.
2
Choose a month (optional)
If you want to export only one month, select it from the dropdown. Leave it on All Time to export everything.
3

The file will download automatically. On a phone it goes to your Downloads folder. On a computer it downloads to your Downloads folder.
4

The CSV file contains: ID, Vehicle, Cost (PKR), Odometer (km), Notes, Latitude, Longitude, Date. Open it in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, or any spreadsheet app.
